If you are taking any of our courses online ,you have to sign our terms and conditions of the website; By signing the terms and conditions in this website, you have also accepted our private Business regulations in full. If you disagree with these terms and conditions or any part of these terms and conditions, you must not use this website.

By accepting these terms and conditions of the website; you authorize us to release your pictures and videos for our advertisements. If you disagree, you must contact us by email to sign a disagreement photo and video release form. By not doing it prior to any courses, you consent to an automatic acceptance of releasing pictures and videos for advertisement.

Subscribers to this service must be at least 18 years of age or older to use this website. Parents or legal guardian must sign on behalf of any minors before they participate in the etiquette program

Courses Change and availability

We reserve the right to modify the course dates, times, itineraries, content and prices of our Online private or in person Workshops, webinars and live session or pre-recorded training at any time and reschedule . We will post the new schedule on our website and send email to notify participants at a minimum of 72 hours in accordance with New York State law.

If a course is no longer available, a course with similar content will be offered.

Course availability is according to the schedules and restrictions of our etiquette Consultant staff.

Virtual Taped courses will not allow chat or a live question.

Live courses may offer chat functionality and a live question and answer session but it is not guaranteed that every attendee will be able to ask a question due to time constraints on the scheduled course beginning and end time and any technical difficulties that may arise.

We reserve the right to edit or remove any material submitted to this website, or hosted or published upon this website.

Woodeline Vital Etiquette Trainer Course Cancellation

For In person or Live individual courses, cancellation within 72 hours will result in a full
refund.

Rescheduling individual courses must be done at least 72 hours prior to the course. Courses not canceled or rescheduled within 72 hours will not be refunded.

Courses cannot be rescheduled more than twice. After the second rescheduling, to reschedule the course for a third time client will incur a new course fee equal to the amount of the initial course fee.

For In person group courses, cancellation within two weeks will result in a full refund and within one week Half refund. Rescheduling group courses must be done at least two weeks prior to the course. Courses not canceled or rescheduled within two full weeks will not be refunded.

Woodeline Vital Etiquette Trainer reserves the right to cancel a course at any date or time for any unforeseen circumstance. In the case that Woodeline Vital Etiquette may need to cancel a course, 100% of course funds will be reimbursed and clients to be notified with as much advance notice as possible. Client travel will not be reimbursed.

Woodeline Vital Etiquette Trainer Course Prices

Prices are given in both USD (United States Dollar) and In daily rate if paying in Gourdes (Haiti) . Course costs listed remain solidified only once payment is made and costs may rise if the class is booked.

Woodeline Vital Etiquette Trainer Course Payment

The methods of payment accepted by Woodeline Vital Etiquette include but are not limited to: cash, bank transfer, checks payable in USD, credit or debit cards, Zelle, Venmo, Cashap, Moncash Haiti). Upon registration, 100% of the course to be paid upfront in order to confirm registration.

Purchases Courses

All purchases of online video courses, printed materials, are final sale and cannot be refunded or exchanged.

Variation

Woodeline Vital Etiquette Trainer may revise these terms and conditions from time-to-time. Revised terms and conditions will apply to the use of this website from the date of the publication of the revised terms and conditions on this website. Please check this page regularly to ensure you are familiar with the current version.

Limitations of liability

Woodeline Vital Etiquette Trainer will not be liable to you (whether under the law of contact, the law of torts or otherwise) in relation to the contents of, or use of, or otherwise in connection with, this website:
